
Ceiba's name comes from enormous tropical trees considered sacred by the indigenous populations of Central and South America. These trees sit proudly on high ridges and have broad, long reaching canopies and giant trunks.
Skip Armstrong
Ceiba was founded in 2006 by Skip while he was living in Costa Rica. From 2001-2007 he owned and operated an adventure travel business deep in the rainforests of Central America. During his six years in Costa Rica his business experienced rapid growth and success, being featured in National Geographic Adventurer as one of Costa Rica's best adventure operators in Central America. Now back in Boise, Idaho, Skip brings not only the experience of what it takes to run a small business but a whole lot of creative ideas deeply influenced by his time in the rainforest.
Skip is certified directly by Apple as a Certified Pro in Final Cut Pro 6 - Levels 1 & 2 and DVD Studio Pro - Level 1 and backed with over a decade of video and web experience.
